Pressure washing for paving, paths and cobbles
Paving covers every outdoor floor that is not a terrace or a driveway: garden paths, side passages of the house, walkways in urbanisations, cobbled areas and stamped concrete. They tend to be the most neglected surfaces and where green film grows most, especially along the shaded sides of villas and on paths between blocks.

How the price applies
Launch offer (up to 20 m²)
If the paved surface is 20 m² or less, the launch offer applies: a fixed €129, whatever the dirt level, one surface per service, travel included within our area. The two-hour minimum does not apply to the offer.
Standard rate (over 20 m²)
Above 20 m² the standard rate applies: €200 per team hour with a two-hour minimum (€400). The calculator estimates hours from the area, surface type and dirt level; a manager confirms them after seeing your photos and nothing is charged before that.
What affects the hours
- Cobble joints: sand and green film in the joints slow cleaning a lot compared with a continuous surface
- Shade and humidity: side passages between houses usually have the most embedded green film
- Path shape: narrow, winding stretches clean more slowly than an open surface
- Distance to water and parking: in long gardens more hose has to be laid
- Stamped concrete: the texture holds dirt and needs cross passes
What to expect from the result
Cobbles recover the contrast between block and joint and stamped concrete shows its pattern again. On old cobbles, cleaning removes some of the joint sand, which may be worth topping up afterwards. Rust stains from irrigation or iron do not come out with pressure alone. Before and after photos included.
How to prepare the surface
- Remove planters, hoses, bicycles and objects from the path
- Trim vegetation encroaching on the paving
- Tell us if the paving is sand-jointed cobbles: we will warn you about sand loss
- Confirm access to the side of the house (gate) and the water supply
- Warn us about loose or sunken pieces so we do not damage them
Frequently asked questions about this service
Does the pressure wash out the sand from the cobble joints?
Some of it, yes — unavoidable if the joints are full of green film. Re-sanding afterwards is advisable; we do not do it, but we tell you so you can plan for it.
Does a narrow 25 m long path qualify for the offer?
It depends on the area: 25 m long by 0.8 m wide is 20 m² and would qualify. Measure length by width and enter it in the calculator.
Can you clean stamped concrete without damaging the pattern?
Yes, at the right pressure the pattern is not damaged. If the stamped finish has badly deteriorated resin, cleaning may lift it in already-loose areas; we check that in the photos.
How long do 120 m² of lightly soiled paving take?
As a reference, the calculator estimates about 5 team hours for 120 m² of paving at light dirt, around €1,000. It is an estimate that a manager confirms from your photos.
Do you cover communal areas of urbanisations?
Yes, private paths and walkways of communities. We coordinate with the administrator and send the result photos.
Does the green film come back?
In shaded, humid areas it returns over time; how soon depends on the orientation. We do not promise specific durations.
