Pressure washing for pool areas
We clean the area around the pool, not the pool itself: the coping or edge, the pool deck, the sun terrace, the outdoor shower area and the access paths. It is the typical job at villas with a private pool and at owners' communities before the season opens, on the Costa Blanca and on the Valencia coast alike.

What we clean
- Pool copings and edges in stone, non-slip stoneware or stamped concrete
- Pool decks and sun terraces in tile, artificial stone or artificial grass on a hard base
- Outdoor shower and foot-wash areas with embedded limescale and soap
- Outdoor paths and steps leading to the pool
- Low walls and skirting of the pool enclosure
What we do not do
- The pool basin, floor, skimmers or filtration system: that is pool maintenance
- Wooden or composite decking around the basin (pressure damages it)
- Covers, pergolas or awnings above ground-level working height
- Repair of loose tiles or joints: we only clean
How the price applies
Launch offer (up to 20 m²)
If the pool area is 20 m² or less, the launch offer applies: a fixed €129, whatever the dirt level, one surface per service, travel included within our area. The two-hour minimum does not apply to the offer.
Standard rate (over 20 m²)
Above 20 m² the standard rate applies: €200 per team hour with a two-hour minimum (€400). The calculator estimates hours from the area, surface type and dirt level; a manager confirms them after seeing your photos and nothing is charged before that.
What affects the hours
- Green film and algae on the edge: the pool surround is usually dirtier than the rest because of constant humidity
- Non-slip material: the rough texture holds dirt and needs slower passes
- Distance to parking: on large plots more hose has to be laid
- Limescale in showers: in hard-water areas a specific product may be needed
- Water supply: community pools usually have one; at closed villas it is worth checking
What to expect from the result
The edge and sun deck recover their light tone and the non-slip texture stops being slippery with algae. Rust marks from sun-lounger legs or discolouration from pool chemicals do not always disappear. We document before and after with photos; we do not guarantee a specific result until we have seen the surface.
How to prepare the surface
- Remove sun loungers, parasols, toys and planters from the surround
- Cover or remove the pool cleaner and any pool equipment on the deck
- If it is a community, tell neighbours the time so the area is free
- Tell us whether the deck drain runs into the pool: we cover it so no dirt gets in
- Confirm where the nearest tap or irrigation outlet is
Frequently asked questions about this service
Does dirt get into the pool during cleaning?
We direct the water away from the basin and protect the drains; some splashing may reach it. If the pool is in use, it helps to run the filter that day.
Do you clean owners' community pools?
Yes, it is one of the most common jobs before the season opens. We coordinate with the administrator or president and send the result photos.
How is the pool area measured for the offer?
We count the square metres of the surface to be cleaned (edge plus deck), not the water surface. At 20 m² or less, the €129 applies.
Does pressure washing remove the slippery green on the edge?
Yes, surface algae and green film come away with pressurised water. On very porous edges it may return sooner where there is constant shade and humidity.
Do you use chemicals near the pool?
Only when the dirt requires it, with products suited to the surface. We tell you before starting and keep them out of the water.
Do you do water or filter maintenance?
No. We only handle the paving and low walls around the pool.
