Pressure washing for driveways, vados and garage ramps

The driveway is the first surface anyone sees of a house and the one that takes the most punishment: tyres, oil, air-conditioning drip, leaves and mud. We clean driveways of villas and terraced houses, vados and ramps of communal garages and outdoor parking bays, in concrete, cobbles or stamped concrete.

What we clean

  • Vehicle entrances and driveways in concrete, stamped concrete, cobbles or outdoor stoneware
  • Garage ramps of homes and owners' communities
  • Outdoor parking bays with oil, tyre and brake-dust marks
  • Vados and private pavements in front of the gate
  • Skirting and low walls bordering the driveway

What we do not do

  • Closed garages with insufficient ventilation to work with pressurised water
  • Asphalt in poor condition: pressure can lift loose aggregate
  • Sealing, painting or crack repair of the paving: we only clean
  • Moving vehicles: they must be out of the work area

How the price applies

Up to 20 m² — €129
Fixed price, whatever the dirt level. One surface per service. Travel within our service area included.
€200 / hour
Per team · two-hour minimum (€400). Final price confirmed from your photos.

Launch offer (up to 20 m²)

If the driveway is 20 m² or less, the launch offer applies: a fixed €129, whatever the dirt level, one surface per service, travel included within our area. The two-hour minimum does not apply to the offer.

Standard rate (over 20 m²)

Above 20 m² the standard rate applies: €200 per team hour with a two-hour minimum (€400). The calculator estimates hours from the area, surface type and dirt level; a manager confirms them after seeing your photos and nothing is charged before that.

What affects the hours

  • Old oil stains: may need a degreaser first and more passing time
  • Stamped concrete or cobbles: the texture and joints slow cleaning compared with smooth concrete
  • Ramp gradient: on long ramps the water carries dirt to the bottom and the work has to be sequenced
  • Drainage: without a grate at the foot of the ramp, the run-off has to be managed
  • Water supply and nearby parking: usually simple on driveways, which lowers the hours

What to expect from the result

Concrete and cobbles recover an even tone and the green film and tyre grime disappear. Very old oil stains that have soaked into porous concrete may lighten without vanishing completely; we tell you from the photos. We send before and after photos.

How to prepare the surface

  • Move vehicles off the driveway and ramp on the day of the service
  • Remove bins, bicycles, planters and anything on the paving
  • Tell us whether there is a drain grate and where the water goes
  • Warn us about cracks or loose cobbles: we adjust the pressure
  • If it is a community, tell neighbours the time slot so the garage is not blocked

Frequently asked questions about this service

Do you remove car oil stains?

Recent, surface ones, yes. Those that have sat for years in porous concrete lighten but can leave shadows; we tell you honestly after seeing the photos.

Can you clean a community garage ramp?

Yes. We agree a time slot with the administrator so residents can get in and out, and we send the result photos.

My driveway is 20 m² — does it qualify for the offer?

Yes, up to and including 20 m² the €129 applies at any dirt level. From 21 m² it moves to the hourly rate.

What would a 60 m² driveway with heavy green film cost?

As a reference, the calculator estimates about 4 team hours for a 60 m² driveway at strong dirt, i.e. around €800. It is an estimate: a manager confirms the hours from your photos before booking.

Does the pressure lift the aggregate out of the concrete?

Not at the right pressure. We avoid concentrated jet nozzles on aged concrete and warn you if we see damaged areas.

Can I park the same day?

Yes, as soon as the paving dries; in summer usually a matter of one or two hours.
