Pressure washing for bar and restaurant terraces

A bar or restaurant terrace gets dirty differently from a home terrace: kitchen grease, chewing gum, drink stains, cigarette ends and the wear of hundreds of chairs a day. We clean hospitality terraces on seafront promenades, old towns and leisure areas of the Costa Blanca and Valencia, outside opening hours so as not to interfere with the business.

What we clean

  • Terrace paving (tile, stoneware, concrete, cobbles) with grease and drink stains
  • Outdoor bar area, skirting and low walls
  • Entrances, ramps and private pavements leading into the premises
  • Inner courtyards and dining areas of restaurants with a garden
  • Chewing gum and spot stains with a detail nozzle

What we do not do

  • Terraces on wooden or composite decking (pressure damages them)
  • Awnings, pergolas, signs or anything above ground-level working height
  • Kitchens, extractor hoods, the interior of the premises or furniture
  • Public space beyond the premises' licensed terrace area

How the price applies

Up to 20 m² — €129
Fixed price, whatever the dirt level. One surface per service. Travel within our service area included.
€200 / hour
Per team · two-hour minimum (€400). Final price confirmed from your photos.

Launch offer (up to 20 m²)

If the terrace is 20 m² or less, the launch offer applies: a fixed €129, whatever the dirt level, one surface per service, travel included within our area. The two-hour minimum does not apply to the offer.

Standard rate (over 20 m²)

Hospitality terraces are usually larger than 20 m², so the standard rate is the norm: €200 per team hour, two-hour minimum (€400). Embedded grease usually puts the dirt at the strong level, which raises the estimated hours; we confirm from your photos before booking and agree the time slot with the business.

What affects the hours

  • Accumulated grease: the dirt that takes the most time and may need a degreaser first
  • Chewing gum: removed one by one with a detail nozzle; the more there is, the longer it takes
  • Furniture: tables and chairs must be removed or stacked before we start
  • Timing: we work before opening or on the closing day; on promenades the municipal hours must be respected
  • Water supply: premises usually have one; if not, we bring a tank

What to expect from the result

The paving recovers an even tone and surface grease, green film and drink stains disappear; chewing gum is removed almost completely. Very old grease stains in porous concrete may fade without disappearing. Before and after photos included.

How to prepare the surface

  • Remove or stack tables, chairs, parasols and planters
  • Tell us when the terrace is free (before opening or on the closing day)
  • Confirm the premises' tap or water supply and where the run-off goes
  • Tell neighbouring premises if the terrace is shared
  • Tell us about decking, grates or floor-level electrical installations

Frequently asked questions about this service

Can you come before we open?

Yes, we agree the slot with the business: first thing in the morning or on the weekly closing day.

Do you remove chewing gum?

Yes, one by one with a detail nozzle. It is slow, so the amount of gum affects the hours.

Does kitchen grease come out of the paving?

Surface grease yes; very old grease in porous concrete fades. From your photos we tell you what to expect.

Do you work on promenades with municipal time limits?

Yes, we adjust the time to local by-laws and promenade activity; we agree it when confirming the date.

Do you invoice the business?

Yes, with the premises' tax details.

How often should a restaurant terrace be cleaned?

It depends on use and location; we do not sell fixed plans, but we can repeat the service whenever you ask.
