Pressure washing for low walls and ground-level facades

We clean boundary walls, block fences, skirting, garden walls and the lower part of facades: everything reachable standing on the ground. It is the surface where green film, black mould and soil splashes show most on Costa Blanca villas and terraced houses, and the most pressure-sensitive one, so we work with wide nozzles and reduced power.

What we clean

  • Boundary walls and fences in block, concrete or stone up to the height reachable from the ground
  • Skirting and the lower part of ground-floor facades with splashes and mould
  • Garden walls, built planters and outdoor steps
  • Gate pillars and entrance walls
  • Dry-stone or rubble walls with green film, at reduced pressure

What we do not do

  • Whole facades, upper floors, party walls or anything needing a tall ladder, scaffolding or a platform
  • Roofs, gutters, eaves and cornices
  • Painted facades where the paint is in poor condition: pressure lifts it; we tell you beforehand
  • Badly eroded monolayer render or loose plaster
  • Painting, repainting or crack repair: we only clean

How the price applies

Up to 20 m² — €129
Fixed price, whatever the dirt level. One surface per service. Travel within our service area included.
€200 / hour
Per team · two-hour minimum (€400). Final price confirmed from your photos.

Launch offer (up to 20 m²)

If the wall surface is 20 m² or less, the launch offer applies: a fixed €129, whatever the dirt level, one surface per service, travel included within our area. The two-hour minimum does not apply to the offer.

Standard rate (over 20 m²)

Above 20 m² the standard rate applies: €200 per team hour with a two-hour minimum (€400). The calculator estimates hours from the area, surface type and dirt level; a manager confirms them after seeing your photos and nothing is charged before that.

What affects the hours

  • Condition of paint or render: a painted wall needs less pressure and slower passes
  • Type of dirt: black mould in shaded areas takes longer than dust or soil
  • Wall length: square metres are counted as surface (length × reachable height)
  • Vegetation against the wall: ivy or hedges limit access
  • Water supply and neighbours: on party walls the splash towards the neighbouring plot has to be controlled

What to expect from the result

Block, concrete and stone walls recover an even tone and black mould disappears in most cases. On old paint or eroded monolayer render, cleaning can make the wear more visible; we warn you from the photos and, where appropriate, advise against pressure washing. Before and after photos included.

How to prepare the surface

  • Remove planters, hoses and objects leaning on the wall
  • Prune or move vegetation touching the wall where you want it cleaned
  • Close nearby ground-floor windows and shutters
  • Tell neighbours if it is a party wall: it will splash to their side
  • Tell us whether the wall is painted, whitewashed or cracked

Frequently asked questions about this service

Do you clean the whole facade of a two-storey house?

No. At this stage we only work on what is reachable from the ground, without scaffolding or a platform. We do clean the lower part of the facade, the skirting and the boundary walls.

Does the pressure damage the wall's paint?

If the paint is in good condition, not at reduced pressure with a wide nozzle. If it is flaking or very old, pressure will lift it: we tell you before starting and you decide.

How are a wall's square metres counted?

Length by reachable height. A wall 10 m long by 1.8 m high is 18 m² and qualifies for the €129 offer.

Does black mould come off shaded areas?

Usually yes; it is the dirt that makes the biggest visual difference. On very porous walls a faint shadow may remain.

Does it splash onto the neighbour's side?

Somewhat, yes. We control the jet direction and use less pressure on party walls; it helps to tell the neighbour the time.

Can you paint after cleaning?

No, we only clean. A prior clean does leave the wall ready for a painter to work on.
