How Brillava pricing works
Two rules, no small print: up to 20 m² you pay a fixed €129 at any dirt level; above that, €200 per team hour with a 2-hour minimum. The calculator estimates the hours and a manager confirms them from your photos before booking.

The two rules
- Launch offer: a surface of up to 20 m², one surface per service, any dirt level, travel included within our area → a fixed €129. No minimum hours.
- Standard rate: more than 20 m² → €200 per team hour, minimum 2 hours (€400). Hours are estimated from the area, surface type, dirt level and access, rounded up to the next half hour.
- We never show €129 as the price of any job or hide the two-hour minimum: if your surface is over 20 m², you see from the first step that the hourly rate applies.
How the hours are estimated
Each surface type has a base productivity in square metres per team hour (smooth stoneware cleans faster than a rough wall). That time is multiplied by the dirt level and adjusted if access is hard (narrow gate, stairs, far from parking) or if there is no water supply and a tank has to be brought. The result is rounded to the half hour and never goes below 2 hours.
- Dirt level: light ×1 · medium ×1.2 · strong ×1.5 · very strong ×1.9 on the base time
- Hard access: +15% time
- No water supply: +15 minutes of set-up
- Rounding: always up to the next half hour; minimum 2 hours
These coefficients are the ones the calculator uses today (launch 'placeholder' matrix version). We will adjust them with real data from the first jobs; if they change, this page changes at the same time, because it is generated from the same code.

What gets confirmed, and when
- When you send the request you see the offer price (fixed) or an hours estimate (indicative).
- A manager reviews your photos, usually within one working day, and confirms the hours and final price by WhatsApp or email.
- You confirm the booking and date; nothing is charged before that confirmation.
- If on arrival the surface or dirt does not match what you sent, it is reviewed with you before starting.

Pricing questions
Does the €129 include travel?
Yes, within our service area (usual radius of 100 km from Sax or Valencia, extendable to 150 km). Outside that area we review the request manually and tell you whether we can come and on what terms.
What exactly happens at 21 m²?
From 21 m² the offer no longer applies and the price is hourly: €200 per team hour with a two-hour minimum, i.e. at least €400. That is why a 21–30 m² surface at light or medium dirt usually lands on the €400 minimum.
Can I split a large surface into several €129 'offers'?
No. The offer is for one surface of up to 20 m² per service. Larger surfaces, or several surfaces adding up to more than 20 m², are priced hourly.
Is the calculator's hour estimate the final price?
No. It is an indicative estimate based on square metres, surface type, dirt level and access. A manager confirms the hours after seeing your photos, before booking; nothing is charged before that.
What if there is more dirt or more area on arrival?
The quote is reviewed with you before starting. No surprise charges: if you do not agree with the adjustment, the job is not done and you pay nothing.
Are chemicals charged separately?
At this stage the hourly price includes the team's work and the usual products. If a surface needs a special product, we would tell you before confirming; never afterwards.
Is VAT included?
Prices on this page are shown as they appear in the calculator. The invoice details the applicable VAT according to regulations; we send it with the confirmed price.
