Our bases
- Sax (Alicante): main base. Serves the Vinalopó, Alicante, Elche, the whole Costa Blanca from Pilar de la Horadada to Dénia, the Alicante mountains and as far as Murcia.
- Valencia: second base (owner decision, 2026-09-14). Serves Valencia city and metropolitan area, Sagunto and the coast down to Cullera, Gandía and Oliva.
- Usual radius of 100 km from each base; up to 150 km with the visit scheduled in advance.

How the postcode check works
The first step of the calculator looks up your postcode against our list of active zones and assigns the nearest base. It is instant and needs no personal data.
Honest note on postcodes: the list currently holds one representative postcode per town. The exact ranges for each municipality (for example every postcode of Alicante city or of the Orihuela Costa urbanisations) are being finalized by the owner. If your postcode does not appear but your town is on this page, send the request anyway: we review it by hand and confirm on WhatsApp.

How do I know whether you reach my home?
Enter your postcode in the first step of the calculator. If it is on our list, you see 'We cover your area'. If not, you can still send the request and we review it by hand.
My town is listed here but the calculator says 'outside our area'. Why?
Our postcode list is still being completed: today it holds one representative postcode per town, and the rest are added as the owner confirms the exact ranges. Send the request and we confirm on WhatsApp; if you are in one of the towns on this page, we almost certainly reach you.
Do you charge for travel?
Not within our usual area (100 km radius from Sax or Valencia). Between 100 and 150 km we schedule the visit in advance to group jobs. Further away we review case by case.
Which base do you come from?
The nearest one: Sax (Alicante) for the Costa Blanca and inland Alicante; Valencia for the city, its metropolitan area and the Valencian coast down to Oliva. The price is the same for you.
Do you reach Murcia?
Murcia city and its closest area fall within the extended radius from Sax; we have no dedicated page yet. Check your postcode or message us.
